چکیده
MATERIAL In the present study a total of 314 patients have been re-examined between four and five years after the first review. If patients known to have died and patients whose Judet operations had failed completely are excluded, this represents a follow-up of 77 per cent. This figure is well below that achieved last time. Then follow-ups of 100 per cent and 98 per cent respectively were obtained in two lists. This time the best result-82 per cent-was shown by the hospital which previously achieved 98 per cent. The results of 222 operations for displacement osteotomy and of seventy for excision of the head and neck of the femur, with or without osteotomy, have been reviewed.
